Maybe you’ve already been traversing the world of spirituality, health, or, as they call it, “wellness” and you’re hungry for something real.

If this sounds about right, I’m glad you’re here. It’s my firm belief that the answer is usually under your feet, or within your own body. I specialise using the body and nature to help find their most empowered expression, feel brighter and tap into a deep sense of faith & trust.

I’m an experienced, certified and accredited teacher and energy healer and also hold a first class Masters of Philosophy in Theology from Trinity College, Dublim. For nearly a decade my practice has been devoted to restoring empowering body & nature based practices.

The core principle of the many modalities I work through is cyclical. I believe in aligning to the cyclical rhythm of nature whether that be in the course of a day, a month, a year or a lifetime. By discovering a deep sense of nature’s cycle within our own body, experience & story - healing is easy.
